Splashpoint for kids who love water

Splashpoint is a relatively new facility in Worthing having opened in 2012. It was built at a cost of £17.9m and replaced the town’s former Aquarena swimming venue. Needless to say, it’s proven to be a great addition to Worthing’s leisure facilities with its main attraction being the state-of-the-art swimming facilities it offers.

Facilities include a six-lane 25 metre competition pool, a diving pool and an indoor leisure pool complete with flumes.

For the summer months, there is an outdoor paddling pool in which visitors can bask in the warmth of the Sussex sun. And when the kids are done swimming, the Splashpoint Café serves quality food to re energise them afterwards.

We Make Footballers for sporty kids

We Make Footballers are a coaching company who specialise in teaching football to boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 12 of all abilities.

The Worthing We Make Footballers academy has been running for nearly a year now with sessions held on a Saturday and Sunday morning.

Located on the outskirts of Worthing, Roundstone Farm offers something for kids and adults on a warm summer’s day.

The main reason for visiting is that you can pick your own fruit. Kids loving doing this and you’ll be picking up healthy, homegrown produce to use in the kitchen over the coming days. By introducing your kids to a range of different fruit and vegetables in a fun environment, it may even encourage them to try foods they never have before, helping to make them healthier in the process.
