Our venues massively contribute to creating a safe environment in which we can nurture and monitor the development of our players. Our academy managers carry out extensive and regular Risk Assessments to ensure that every session complies with Health and Safety standards. Our anti-bullying, safeguarding and nut-free policies are in place to protect every child that attends our sessions and holiday camps. Our team of coaches and parent hosts are First Aid trained and DBS checked, this ensures that We Make Footballers always works with the best people.

We Make Footballers provides opportunities and pathways for players who want to play match football. Whilst continuing We Make Footballers classes alongside their matches, we are able to develop the technical and physical sides of the game. The quality of our sessions ensures that the development of your player is being monitored closely by our Coaches as we focus on the individual. Our extensive network and links to scouts, grassroots and professional clubs, gives We Make Footballers players regular opportunities to play within teams or at higher levels.

With continual professional development and the monitoring of each coaches progression within the company, we are able to keep our team motivated and passionate every session. In addition to encouraging our coaches to pursue further FA Qualifications, we have developed our own We make Footballers coach training course which allows our staff to flourish. This ensures we keep consistent quality each and every week.
