DEDICATED TRAINING FOR FOOTBALL COACHING
We offer an intense training scheme for our football coaches and ongoing professional improvement. We will provide you with access to our library of over 2000 sessions that are aligned to each age group and ability level. In addition to aiding you with acquiring your FA Levels 1 and 2, you will progress with WMF by attaining Coaching qualifications that are highly sought after and held in high regard in coaching networks. You’ll develop a broad range of skills such as communication, teamwork and customer service skills, as well as people and child management. You will sit exams held online and be assigned one of our experienced coach mentor to help you develop your coaching role with We Make Footballers and guide your career. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR FOOTBALL COACHING
As an expanding National and International football coaching franchise we have a number of football coaching career opportunities within We Make Footballers. Our coaches are frequently offered opportunities to work jobs overseas and they can choose to transfer between different We Make Footballers Academies. We have a “promote from within” hiring policy and actively encourage coaches to develop their future careers in football with us. With our growth into international markets we look to hire coaches for coaching jobs abroad too. We are also regularly expanding our head office and corporate teams so need enterprising, motivated people to grow our business at an executive level.
