Why Join Us?
We Make Footballers are more than just a coaching company, we are determined to inspire change and help children of all abilities become the best they can be in every football playing country in the world. You will be part of a coaching movement working towards more passionate and technically gifted footballers, with better game understanding. Each week you will contribute to creating a positive change in football.
As much as the children need to have fun, so do our staff. We have a great working environment within the company and you will be sure to have a whale of time while working with us. Coaching young footballers is one of the most enjoyable jobs you can do with your time!
We Make Footballers take pride in the fair prices we pay our staff. We pay competitive rates and provide opportunities for coaches to develop their careers in the company.
As a growing National and International franchise we have a number of career opportunities within We Make Footballers. Our coaches are frequently offered opportunities to work overseas and they can choose to transfer between different We Make Footballers Academies. We have a “promote from within” hiring policy and actively encourage coaches to develop their future careers in football with us.
We Make Footballers offer an intense training programme for our coaches and continual professional development. We have over 2000 sessions in our coaching library that are tailored for each age group and ability level. In addition to helping you gain your FA Levels 1 and 2, you will work towards your WMF Coaching qualifications that are widely respected in the coaching community. You’ll learn a wide set of skills such as teamwork, communication and customer service skills aswell as people and child management. You will sit online exams and be assigned a coach mentor to help you develop your coaching career. At We Make Footballers, we invest in our team.

“I started out with We Make Footballers when I was 18 and still at university. I have since become a full time employee and it has been the best thing that has happened in my life. I absolutely love my work, I have coached players who play for QPR U21s, Southampton 1st Team, Brentford 1st team and a vast number of talented players. I know I have impacted the lives of many children and families and have really enjoyed the responsibilities given to me as the company has grown. If a coach is keen to develop a career in football coaching, they should start their journey with We Make Footballers®”
IURI BAPTISTA, Head Coach
