We Make Footballers are the UK's number 1 football academy for children, offering weekly training, coaching sessions and holiday camps for 4-12 year olds, both girls and boys. Our coaches are highly trained and experts in their field with a large majority involved in playing the game themselves too. 

Our Kingston and Surbiton locations make up 2 of the 60 venues across England. 

Our values are passion, safety and development all branching under the overarching and most important value of fun. Each session runs with an underlying theme which is sent to the coaches prior to the session to ensure complete understanding and comprehension of the most effective delivery styles.

We are currently looking for motivated and passionate coaches to join our team and deliver sessions each week. We currently have 6 training days and hope to expand this over the coming months to offer our coaching team more opportunities and development in their careers.

We are looking for volunteers, Junior Coaches, Senior Coaches and Academy Manages to join the team and bring their expertise to our sessions for players ages 4-12.

Suitable candidates will have an enthusiasm for coaching children and have a passion for the sport. They must have excellent communication skills, display initiative under pressure and have the ability to adapt.

 

Locations:

Kingston - Tiffin Girls' School, Richmond Rd, Kingston upon Thames KT2 5PL

Surbiton - Southborough High School, Hook Rd, Surbiton KT6 5AS

 

Session times:

Kingston – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Surbiton – Tuesdays, Wednesdays

 

Earning potential:

£10-£50 per hour

We also offer a wide range of other opportunities that are frequently offered exclusively to the team. These include filming fun football adverts with famous football stars (we have previously coached and met Beth Mead, Alex Scott, Gareth Southgate, Emma Hayes and many more). 

We offer regular overtime with our other partner companies and the flexibility to cover other shifts if the space becomes available. There are always further opportunities for our dedicated team members to support their growth and earning potential in football.

We work hard to offer a development pathway to our players but this doesn’t end there. We are dedicated to helping our coaches progress within their career and gain higher status within the company.
